目的探讨CT和MRI在诊断鼻咽纤维血管瘤中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析18例鼻咽纤维血管瘤的CT和MRI表现,对肿瘤的部位、密度或信号、范围及骨质改变进行分析。结果鼻咽纤维血管瘤多位于蝶腭孔区(16例/18例),CT上密度多均匀(6例/11例),MRI上信号强度不均匀(12例/14例),并可见血管流空信号影(14例/14例);增强MRI肿瘤明显不均匀强化(14例/14例)并显示肿瘤沿自然孔道与裂隙广泛累及周围结构。结论MRI可明确显示鼻咽纤维血管瘤的部位和范围且信号具有特征性,诊断价值优于CT。
Objective To investigate the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal hemangioma. Methods The CT and MRI findings of 18 cases of nasopharyngeal fibroadenoma were retrospectively analyzed. The location, density or signal, scope and bone changes of the tumor were analyzed. Results Nasopharyngeal fibroadenoma was mostly located in the sphenopalatine foramen region (16 cases / 18 cases). The CT density was more uniform (6 cases / 11 cases) and the signal intensity was not uniform on MRI (12 cases / 14 cases) (14 cases / 14 cases). The contrast-enhanced MRI tumors were significantly heterogeneous (14 cases / 14 cases) and showed extensive involvement of peripheral structures along the natural channels and fissures. Conclusion MRI can clearly show the location and extent of nasopharyngeal fibroadenoma and the signal is characteristic, the diagnostic value is better than CT.
