为探讨贵州野生插田泡叶总黄酮的提取方法,用正交试验法对插田泡叶中总黄酮的最佳提取条件进行了筛选,并用分光光度法对总黄酮含量进行测定。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶10、回流温度80℃、提取时间3h。在此提取条件下,插田泡叶中总黄酮含量可达44.931 3mg/g,远高于文献报道的202.79mg/100g。经试验验证,该工艺提取的插田泡叶总黄酮稳定性、重现性好,且加样回收率高,具有一定的可行性。
In order to explore the extraction method of the total flavonoids from the wild leaves of Guizhou field, orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids in the leaves of the field. The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 70%, solid-liquid ratio 1:10, reflux temperature 80 ℃ and extraction time 3 h. Under this extraction condition, the content of total flavonoids in the leaves of A. fruticosa reached 44.931 3 mg / g, much higher than that reported in the literature of 202.79 mg / 100 g. The results show that the stability of flavonoids extracted from Artemisia scoparia, the good reproducibility, and the high recovery rate of flavonoids, are feasible.
