研究了不同时期施用萘乙酸 (NAA)和烯效唑对根系的调控作用 ,结果表明NAA和烯效唑移栽前浸根和抽穗前喷施都能有效促进根系的生长 ,提高灌浆成熟期根系的功能和活力 ,延缓后期根系的衰老。NAA处理对前期根系生长的促进作用较大 ,但使后期根系活力衰退加快 ;烯效唑则使根系的生长总体上趋于平缓 ,即适当减弱前期生长 ,加强中后期根系生长。抽穗前喷施对改善后期根系的生长和活性作用更大。各处理在影响根系的同时 ,使产量结构发生改变。
The effects of NAA and uniconazole on the root system were studied. The results showed that both NAA and uniconazole applied before rooting and before heading could effectively promote the growth of root system and increase the root maturity Function and vitality, postponing the aging of roots. NAA treatment had a great effect on promoting root growth in the early stage, but accelerated the decline of root vigor at the later stage. Uniconazole increased the growth of the root system generally in a gentle manner, that is, appropriately reduced the early growth and enhanced the root growth in the middle and late stages. Spraying before heading has a greater effect on improving root growth and activity in the late stage. Each treatment affected the root system at the same time, the production structure changes.
