工学结合是高职人才培养模式的显著特征,也是高职教育的核心理念。我校食品加工技术专业经过多年探索与实践,结合行业发展对人才需求的变化,总结出“3+2型”人才培养模式。该模式不仅满足高职高专职业素质教育和高技能应用型人才培养要求,而且促进了“双师型”教学团队建设。
The combination of work and study is a significant feature of the training model of higher vocational education, but also the core concept of higher vocational education. After many years of exploration and practice in food processing technology specialty of our school, we have summed up the “3 + 2” talent training mode based on the changes in demand for qualified personnel in the industry. The model not only meets the requirements of vocational quality education and high-skilled applied talents training in higher vocational colleges, but also promotes the construction of “double-qualified” teaching team.
