1.德里恙螨有甲乙两种不同形态,其幼虫时期差别已于前文记述外,本文更就稚虫和成虫做了类似的观察。和幼虫时期一样,甲种稚虫和成虫比乙种色调深红,体较大,四足长,感觉区也较长。 2.两种德里恙螨幼虫对(?)蚁油的抵抗力,也有很大差别,即甲种幼虫抵抗力弱,而乙种较强,两者相差2—4倍,与虫体大小恰成反比例。这种情形与两种幼虫对666的反应是一致的,而与对硫化钾溶液的反应相反。 3.根据前文研究结果和这次观察,我们认为把德里恙螨分为甲乙两种类型是必要的。特别是几种杀螨药剂对两种幼虫的不同杀灭能力的发现,具有实际意义。 4.证明了甲种德里恙螨可经卵传递立克次氏体给下一代幼虫,并且第一次从稚虫分离立克次氏体成功。根据文献和我们这次所得结果,已经证实德里恙螨的各个变态期虫体,除卵外,都已证明带有恙虫热立克次氏体。
