河豚鱼中毒以消化系统及神经系统受累多见。影响心脏引起心电图改变报道较少。我院于1990年5月～1994年10月共收治河豚鱼中毒14例,报道如下。 临床资料 本组男13例,女1例,均为本地渔民及家属。年龄16～38岁,平均26岁。出现呼吸中枢受累呈昏迷状态5例;有神经系统症状4例,有胃肠道症状5例。 全部病例入院当天均作心电图记录。对ST段抬高、Q—T间期延长、心律严重失常者每天复查心电图,其他患者2～3天复查1次。
Puffer fish poisoning with digestive and nervous system involvement more common. Affect the heart caused by ECG changes reported less. Our hospital in 1990 May to 1994 October a total of 14 cases of puffer fish poisoning were reported as follows. Clinical data The group of 13 males and 1 female, both local fishermen and their families. Age 16 to 38 years old, average 26 years old. There respiratory center involvement was unconscious in 5 cases; 4 cases of neurological symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms in 5 cases. All cases were admitted to the same day ECG records. The ST segment elevation, Q-T interval prolongation, severe cardiac arrhythmia were reviewed ECG every day, other patients 2 to 3 days a review.
