硫铵的包装是一項笨重的体力劳动。我厂平均日产硫銨250多吨,过去从装袋起,直到过秤、装車全靠人工,工人們一鏟一鏟地把硫铵装入麻袋,再由工人抬上台过秤,过秤后再由人工搬运。每天包装和装車250多吨硫铵需65名装卸工人,而且劳动強度很大。在这次技术革新和技术革命运动中,工人就針对这个問題提出了硫銨包装机械化的建議。这一建議在党和队領导的支持下,經过我队同志的积极鑽研,創造了自动秤、群式鏈板輸送机和皮带运輸机,最后实現了包裝机械化。其流程如图工所示。硫銨由螺旋运输机运往斗式提升机内,由斗式提升机將硫铵装入貯銨槽。装袋时麻
