目的:系统地研究规范化脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取东莞市石排医院2015年1月至2016年3月收治的80例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,结合临床随机表法将其列入观察组与对照组,对照组行常规护理,在对照组基础上,观察组行早期护理干预,对比两组并发症的发生率、住院时间和营养状态。结果:护理后,两组患者白蛋白、血红蛋白含量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率是7.5%,总住院时间是(18.2±3.5)d,对照组并发症的发生率是32.5%,总住院时间是(26.3±3.2)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中应用早期护理干预能够有效地改善患者的营养状态,减少并发症,缩短住院时间。
Objective: To systematically study the effect of standardization stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods: Totally 80 stroke patients with stroke who were treated in Shi Pai Hospital of Dongguan City from January 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled in the observation group and the control group according to the randomized clinical trial. Patients in the control group received routine nursing. On the basis of the group, the observation group received early nursing intervention and compared the incidence of complications, length of hospital stay and nutritional status. Results: After nursing, the difference of albumin and hemoglobin between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complication in the observation group was 7.5% and the total length of stay was (18.2 ± 3.5) d in the control group Complication rate was 32.5%, total hospital stay was (26.3 ± 3.2) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of early nursing intervention in stroke patients with dysphagia can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce complications and shorten the hospital stay.
