上海的浦东开发是中国一项跨世纪的宏伟工程,10年来的开发开放取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就。其中,留学人员为浦东开发作出了巨大的贡献。截至目前,落户浦东的2000多名归国留学人员中,有200多人创办了自己的企业,注册资本达5亿多元。其中生产型企业占43.2％;咨询型企业占51.4％;贸易型企业占5.4％。这些企业主要从事生物医药、计算机、通讯电子、新材料、环保、投资咨询等
The development of Pudong in Shanghai is a grand project of China in the past century. Its development and opening up over the past decade has made great achievements that attract worldwide attention. Among them, overseas students made a great contribution to the development of Pudong. Up to now, of the more than 2,000 returned overseas students who settled in Pudong, over 200 started their own businesses with a registered capital of more than 500 million yuan. Production-oriented enterprises accounted for 43.2%; consulting-based enterprises accounted for 51.4%; trade-based enterprises accounted for 5.4%. These companies mainly engaged in biomedicine, computers, telecommunications electronics, new materials, environmental protection, investment advice, etc.
