以福建省顺邵高速公路北门隧道为例,采用工程类比和荷载-结构法综合确定其Ⅵ级围岩衬砌的支护参数。初期支护和二衬截面强度验算结果表明:初期支护和二衬弯矩较大值发生在拱顶、左右拱腰、左右拱脚和仰拱部位,施工中应给予足够的重视;初期支护危险截面的最小安全系数为1.93,二衬危险截面的最小安全系数为2.43,均大于规范规定值,满足工程安全性要求。
Taking North Gate Tunnel of Shun-Shao Expressway in Fujian Province as an example, the supporting parameters of Grade VI surrounding rock are synthetically determined by engineering analogy and load-structure method. The results of initial strength test and second lining cross section show that the initial support and the second lining moment occur in the vault, arch waist, left and right arch and inverted arch, and should pay enough attention to the construction. The initial branch The minimum safety factor of dangerous cross section is 1.93, and the minimum safety factor of dangerous cross section of second lining is 2.43, both of which are larger than the standard values to meet the requirements of engineering safety.
