用先进测试手段对 M2钢( W6Mo5Gr4V2)离子碳硼共渗后硼的存在形式及其对耐磨性的影响作了系统深入的研究。结果表明,M2 钢经离子碳硼共渗后主要形成 B_2V_3相。它对提高 M2 钢的耐磨性起主要作用。
The advanced testing methods were used to systematically study the forms of boron and their influence on the wear resistance of M2 steel (W6Mo5Gr4V2) after ion-borosilication. The results show that M2 steel mainly forms B_2V_3 phase after ionic carbon boronizing. It plays a major role in improving the wear resistance of M2 steel.
