一、原来的液压离合器液压多刀半自动车床是一种宜于加工盘类和短轴类零件的高效率车床,但由于加工这类零件的工序时间短,主电机启动频繁,当主电机功率在10kW以上时,主传动系统就应设计有离合器装置,以延长主电机的使用寿命。因为是液压传动机床,故通常设计为液压离合器,如图1。图中所示为柱塞式液压离合器,主电机功率为17kW,其工作原理简述如下: 机床的液压系统由一只24E-25B电磁换向阀控制。液压油通过柱塞体套中的两个油孔,经柱塞体中的两条环形槽分别与两侧的柱塞1及2的油腔联
