妊娠高血压综合征是妊娠期特有的疾病,严重危害母婴健康。为了减少母婴并发症,降低围产儿死亡率,对妊娠高血压综合征病因的探讨以及找出切实有效的系统治疗方法,是围产领域的重要课题。 我科近五年共收治重度妊娠高血压综合征(用王淑贞主编的《妇产科理论与实践》一书中的诊断标准)58例,其中包括子痫3例及双胎妊娠3例,除1例宫内死胎,共有婴儿60例,孕妇年龄在23～30岁之间。 一、床资料分析 1.孕周分布;见图1 Pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is a pregnancy-specific disease, seriously endangering the health of mothers and infants.
