基于飞机结构强度试验中试验设备的使用流程,结合条形码技术,设计了一种客户端和数据采集器协同管理试验设备的方法。客户端通过与数据服务器的协同,实现试验和设备基本信息的管理以及试验设备选取表单的生成;数据采集器通过扫描条形码识别试验设备,实现便捷选取、修改、撤离、调试、报修、盘点和基本信息查询等功能。客户端与数据采集器之间通过数据线连接实现数据离线同步,建立试验设备的完整使用流程。通过在液压作动筒设备管理过程中的应用表明,该方法避免了手工操作设备编号而引入的错误,提高了工作效率。
Based on the using process of the test equipment in aircraft structure strength test and the bar code technology, a method of collaboratively managing the test equipment by the client and the data collector is designed. Through the cooperation with the data server, the client realizes the test and the basic information management of the equipment and the generation of the test equipment selection form. The data collector realizes the convenient selection, modification, evacuation, debugging, repair, inventory and basic by scanning the bar code identification test equipment Information query and other functions. Clients and data collectors through the data line connection to achieve offline data synchronization, the establishment of complete use of test equipment flow. Through the application in the hydraulic drum equipment management process, it shows that this method avoids the errors introduced by manual operation of equipment number and improves the work efficiency.
