相对于当前的厚板焊接方法,激光-电弧复合焊接有很多优点。为了使激光-电弧复合焊接技术应用于厚板焊接,本文采用4 KW光纤激光器针对16 mm厚低碳钢板进行激光-电弧复合焊接打底焊接工艺研究,探究了坡口尺寸、电流值、速度等规范参数对激光-电弧打底焊接稳定性的影响,通过金相观查焊缝横截面形貌。结果表明:坡口尺寸、电流以及焊接速度是影响激光-电弧复合焊接过程稳定性的主要工艺规范。通过电弧电流等工艺规范的匹配,激光-电弧复合焊实现5 mm钝边,12°类Y型坡口的熔透打底焊接。
Laser-arc hybrid welding has many advantages over current plate welding methods. In order to apply the laser-arc hybrid welding technology to thick-plate welding, this paper uses 4 KW fiber laser to study the welding process of laser-arc composite welding of 16 mm thick mild steel plate, and discusses the groove size, current value, speed, etc. The influence of the specification parameters on the stability of the laser arc welding, the cross section morphology of the weld was observed through the metallographic examination. The results show that the groove size, current and welding speed are the main technical specifications that affect the stability of the laser-arc hybrid welding process. Through the match of arc current and other process specifications, laser-arc hybrid welding can achieve 5 mm blunt edge and 12 ° Y-groove penetration welding.
