目的: 探讨性早熟儿童血清中微量元素及其变化情况。方法: 两组儿童各从静脉取血3 m L, 用日本岛津生产的ICPQ-1012 型高频等离子体发射光谱仪测定血清中微量元素锌、铜、锰、铅值。结果: 性早熟儿童血清锌、铜均降低, 经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P< 0.01)。结论: 性早熟儿童血微量元素的变化为锌、铜降低, 尤以锌显著。这种改变是促使性发育提前的因素之一, 还是性早熟致使儿童体内微量元素产生变化? 有待进一步研究
Objective: To explore the serum trace elements and its changes in precocious children. Methods: Two groups of children were taken blood from venous blood for 3 m L, and the trace elements zinc, copper, manganese and lead in serum were measured by ICPQ-1012 high frequency plasma emission spectrometer manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation. Results: The levels of serum zinc and copper in precocious puberty children decreased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: The changes of blood trace elements in precocious children are zinc and copper, especially in zinc. This change is to promote sexual development one of the factors in advance, or precocious puberty children’s body trace elements produce changes? For further study
