目的 :探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在大肠肿瘤组织中的表达 ,及其与血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF) ,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)和肿瘤内微血管密度 (IMVD)的相关性。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检则survivin ,VEGF ,b FGF和CD3 4在 10例正常大肠组织和 5 0例大肠肿瘤组织中的表达。结果 :survivin基因在正常大肠组织中不表达 ,在 5 0例大肠肿瘤组织中 ,阳性率为48%,与大肠肿瘤的Ducks分期 ,淋巴结转移密切相关 ;VEGF在正常大肠组织也不表达 ,在 5 0例大肠肿瘤组织中 ,阳性率为 74%,与大肠的Ducks分期 ,淋巴结转移密切相关 ;b FGF在正常大肠组织中不表达 ,在 5 0例大肠肿瘤组织中 ,阳性率为 5 8%,与大肠肿瘤的Ducks分期 ,淋巴结转移密切相关 ;survivin ,VEGF ,b FGF在大肠肿瘤组织中的表达均于肿瘤内微血管密度 (IMVD)成正相关 ;survivin和促血管形成因子VEGF ,b FGF在大肠肿瘤组织中的表达密切相关。结论 :survivin是血管的保护性基因 ,参与了肿瘤血管的形成。
Objective: To investigate the expression of survivin gene in colorectal carcinoma and its correlation with the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (b FGF) and intravasular microvessel density (IMVD). Methods: The expressions of survivin, VEGF, b FGF and CD34 in 10 normal colorectal tissues and 50 colorectal tumors were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The survivin gene was not expressed in normal colorectal tissues. The positive rate of survivin was 48% in 50 colorectal carcinomas, which was closely related to the Ducks stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal tumors. VEGF was not expressed in normal colorectal tissues, The positive rate was 74% in 0 cases of colorectal cancer, which was closely related to the Ducks stage and lymph node metastasis of large intestine. B FGF was not expressed in normal colorectal tissues, and the positive rate was 58% in 50 colorectal tumors, The expression of survivin, VEGF and b FGF in colorectal neoplasm was positively correlated with the tumor microvessel density (IMVD). The expression of survivin and pro-angiogenic factors VEGF and b FGF in colorectal neoplasms Tissue expression is closely related. Conclusion: Survivin is a protective gene of blood vessels involved in the formation of tumor blood vessels.
