由于外磁场可改变水溶液的物理特性和细化淬火组织,可减小淬火过程中的热应力和组织应力,因而可获得比普通淬火变形小的效果。从而提高了工件淬火后的精度。 1.试验装置试验装置是在尺寸为10×12×22cm的激磁线圈内,放进一个稍小的铝制淬火槽,淬火介质为水,线圈匝数为400匝,导线截面积为10mm~2,端电压380V,电流65A,当线圈通以工频电流时,产生3000Oe交变磁场。 2.试验工件、材料、工艺及结果工件:M8螺栓六方凹模;材料:T10钢。
