用 4种化学药剂对品种、杂种F2 代和太谷核不育小麦 (Tal)不育穗分别进行诱导处理 ,诱导孤雌单性结实。结果表明 :A药液的诱导结实率及年际间重复性最好 ,结实率为 7.5%~ 12 .5% ;在 4种不同施药方法中 ,喷雾和全穗浸泡的诱导结实率最高 ,分别为 11.4 %和 11.3% ;不同材料间的诱导结实率以品种、杂种F2 代高于Tal小麦不育穗。
Four kinds of chemical agents were used to induce the parthenocarpy and parthenocarpy in hybrid F1 and Taigu nuclear sterile wheat respectively. The results showed that: the induction rate and interspecific reproducibility of liquid A were the best, with the seed setting rate of 7.5% ~ 12.5%. Among the four different application methods, the seed setting rate of spraying and panicle immersion was the highest, Which were 11.4% and 11.3% respectively. The induction rate of different materials was higher in hybrid F2 generation than in Tal male sterile spike.
