用冷压烧结法制造了二硼化钛惰性阴极,研究了MoSi2 对二硼化钛惰性阴极烧结性能的影响,得到致密的TiB2 基惰性阴极试样·在电解实验后,通过对二硼化钛阴极的表面和剖面的电子显微分析,发现铝液对此种惰性阴极的湿润性好于电解质对惰性阴极的湿润性,避免了电解质与阴极表面的直接接触·发现惰性阴极的腐蚀为电解质对阴极晶界的腐蚀·测得腐蚀速度为2-53m m/a ,证明其耐蚀性能良好
An inert titanium diboride cathode was fabricated by cold-pressure sintering. The effect of MoSi2 on the sintering behavior of inert titanium diboride cathode was studied and a dense TiB2-based inert cathode sample was obtained. After the electrolysis experiment, Electron microscopic analysis of the surface and section of the cathode revealed that the wetting of the aluminum liquid to such an inert cathode was better than the wetting of the electrolyte to the inert cathode and the direct contact of the electrolyte to the cathode surface was avoided.
