目的树鼩具有灵活、多动的行为特性,建立一种适合树鼩个体标记简单易行的方法,对于树鼩种群的科学化管理十分必要。方法随机挑选自繁F1代的幼龄树鼩和成年树鼩各40只,采用2.12 mm×12 mm,质量为0.09 g的电子芯片,通过注射植入树鼩颈背部皮下;观察芯片植入部位情况并定期复查。结果在注射芯片10个月之后,对动物复检结果显示,对大笼内群养树鼩标记有效率为90%;单笼饲养树鼩的有效率达到95%。结论对树鼩个体采用电子芯片标记技术是一种简单、有效和持久的方法。
