对以石蜡为相变材料的圆柱形蓄热单元进行三维计算流体力学仿真并进行验证,研究蓄热单元的高度和内外半径尺寸对蓄热时间影响变化规律的同时提出理论计算方法,结果表明计算结果与模拟吻合较好,计算误差随蓄热时间增加而增大,当蓄热时间在104s以内时误差小于6%,可满足工程需要,为相变蓄热器的设计与开发奠定理论基础。
Three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics simulation of cylindrical heat storage unit with paraffin as phase-change material is carried out and verified. The theoretical calculation method of the influence of heat storage unit height and inner and outer radius on heat storage time is proposed. The results show that the calculation The results are in good agreement with the simulation. The calculation error increases with the increase of heat storage time. When the heat storage time is within 104s, the error is less than 6%, which can meet the engineering requirements and lay a theoretical foundation for the design and development of phase change heat accumulator.
