为成功建立感染并在宿主体内进行高效复制和扩散,流感病毒需要与宿主蛋白进行紧密的互作。因此,鉴定与流感病毒生命周期密切相关的宿主蛋白,对阐明流感病毒的致病机理以及发现新的抗病毒靶点非常关键。随着后基因组时代研究技术的不断更新,尤其是高通量生物技术以及生物信息学技术的迅猛发展,加速了对流感病毒与宿主相互作用的深入了解。而用系统生物学手段来分析病毒与宿主的相互作用也为了解流感病毒感染宿主的潜在机制提供基础。文章在简要介绍目前研究病原与宿主相互作用相关技术的基础上,系统地论述了当前流感病毒与宿主相互作用的研究进展,并提出未来研究流感病毒与宿主相互作用可能的发展方向。
To successfully establish an infection and replicate and proliferate efficiently in the host, the influenza virus needs to interact closely with the host protein. Therefore, the identification of host proteins that are closely related to the life cycle of the influenza virus is crucial for elucidating the pathogenic mechanism of the influenza virus and finding new targets for antiviral activities. With the continuous update of research techniques in the post-genomic era, especially the rapid development of high-throughput biotechnology and bioinformatics technologies, it has accelerated the understanding of the interaction between influenza virus and host. The use of systematic biology to analyze the virus-host interaction also provides a basis for understanding the underlying mechanisms by which influenza viruses infect hosts. Based on the brief introduction of the current research on the interaction between pathogen and host, the article systematically discusses the current research progress on the interaction between influenza virus and host, and proposes the possible future development of the interaction between influenza virus and host.
