The bone marrow is injected into animals that have been irradiated with ionizing radiation to a lethal dose. Most of the animals are free from death. Injections of the same kind of bone marrow into the irradiated rat can increase the animal’s resistance to infection and stimulate hematopoiesis. This article reports the impact of bone marrow on the immune system that has been formed in irradiated animals. Experiments were conducted with rats and mice. Some animals were subcutaneously immunized with the formalin vaccine of the typhoid typhi Ty_24446 strain three times (250,500,750 МЛН.cells/0.5 ml) and collected at intervals of seven days. Blood was collected from 5 animals at regular intervals. Lectin titer. At 13 days after the last immunization, all vaccinated and unimmunized animals were irradiated with gamma rays (radiation source)
