碳酸二甲酯作为一种无毒无害的化工原料,在我国被广泛地应用于各个行业。对其合成的研究一直是世界各国较为重视的问题,而实现碳酸二甲酯合成路线的无毒、无污染以及简单化已经成为世界各国的共同目标。我国目前广泛使用的合成方法是酯交换法,这种方法可以有效地降低生产成本。本文重点分析了国内对酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯催化剂以及其反应机理的研究进展。
Dimethyl carbonate as a non-toxic and harmless chemical raw materials, is widely used in various industries in our country. The research on its synthesis has been a more important issue all over the world, and the non-toxic, pollution-free and simplification of the synthesis route of dimethyl carbonate has become the common goal of all countries in the world. The synthesis method widely used in our country is the transesterification method, which can effectively reduce the production cost. This article focuses on the domestic research on the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate catalyst and its reaction mechanism of transesterification.
