铝合金超高壳体模锻件在模锻过程中金属变形抗力大 ,整体凹模强度难以满足使用要求。本文采用了预应力组合凹模结构 ,根据超高壳体锻件组合凹模强度设计要求 ,建立了组合凹模的有限元分析模型 ,运用 SAP5有限元分析软件边界单元的性质解决了具有装配过盈的结构有限元计算问题 ,得到套筒不同装配过盈量模具结合面上应力分布规律。分析结果表明 ,组合凹模的强度可满足使用要求
Aluminum alloy high forging die forging process in the metal deformation resistance, the overall strength of the die hard to meet the requirements. In this paper, the prestressed composite die structure is adopted. According to the design requirements of the combined die strength of the ultra-high-shell forging, a finite element analysis model of the composite die is established. By using the properties of the boundary element of the SAP5 finite element analysis software, Finite element calculation of the structure, get the sleeve with different interference fit die assembly surface stress distribution. The results show that the strength of the composite die can meet the requirements
