The so-called supermarket admission fee, in essence, a large retail enterprises disguised as rent a way. The emergence of this situation stems from the rapid expansion of large-scale commercial enterprises in China on the one hand, and the relative surplus of products and commodities from the fierce market competition of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises on the other hand. As a result, a strange phenomenon has emerged: Many Chinese-made products, although over-the-counter, are cheaper at overseas supermarkets than at domestic supermarkets. Of course, there is always the inevitability of the emergence and promotion of any business model. The phenomenon that one party is willing to fight the other party would inevitably have the possibility of being severely slaughtered by a third party. The charges on supermarkets and malls need to be analyzed rationally instead of one-sided condemn.
