人才的流失对国有饭店无疑是一项重要的资源损失,对于国有饭店而言,留住和吸引人才已刻不容缓。一、建立合理有效的企业内部激励机制人是一切经济活动的中心,人才是企业之本,国有饭店的管理层当然也十分重视人在企业活动和管理中的重要作用。但这种重视往往是对员工社会政治地位的重视超过了作为重要经济资源的重视,所以,目前许多国有饭店对人的管理仅仅是人事管理,而非资源管理。因此,国有饭店要将人事管理转化为人力资源管理,建立合理有效的企业内部激励机制。 1、建立充分发挥人才效能的用人
