应用 3~H—TdR 掺入法研究脑灵素对淋巴细胞及 K_(562)细胞 DNA 合成的影响。结果表明,脑灵素对肿瘤细胞有抑制合成的作用,使3~H—TdR 掺入率下降,其下降程度与其浓度有关;而对正常巴细胞掺入功能不表现增强或抑制作用。
3 ~ H-TdR incorporation method was used to study the effect of NSA on DNA synthesis in lymphocytes and K562 cells. The results showed that the neuroprotective effect of NSA on tumor cells caused a decrease in the incorporation rate of 3H-TdR, which was related to its concentration, but no enhancement or inhibition on the incorporation of normal cells.
