本文报道了用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对广州及邻近地区1982年11月到1985年1月收集的603份婴幼儿腹泻标本进行了人轮状病毒(HRV)的基因RNA分析。共发现21个电泳型,每年均有一个优势电泳型流行,而且在不同的地理位点和年份所检出的非流行优势电泳型基本不同,表明HRV电泳型的变异性较大。另外,发现长—长电泳型和长—短电泳型HRV混合感染各6例,表明同一宿主可同时感染不同电泳型的HRV株,以及HRV在自然界会发生基因重组的迹象。对成人流行性急性腹泻病人的粪便标本的RNA电泳分析结果表明,广东省的中山县,江门市,新会县三地区以及湖南省所发现的成人轮状病毒(ADRV)感染可能由同一毒株引起,而该毒株与广西发现的ADRV株有少许的差别。表明ADRV也存在电泳型变异性的问题,本文还提出了对HRV电泳型分类及命名的建议,并探讨其在实践应用上的可行性。
This paper reports the genetic RNA analysis of human rotavirus (HRV) in 603 infants and young children with diarrhea collected from November 1982 to January 1985 in Guangzhou and adjacent areas by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. A total of 21 electrophoresis patterns were found, one of which was prevalent in each year. The non-prevailing electrophoresis patterns detected in different geographical locations and years were basically different, indicating that the variability of HRV electrophoresis pattern was large. In addition, 6 strains of long-short and long-short electrophoresis HRV were found, indicating that the same host could simultaneously infect different electrophoresis HRV strains and that HRV showed signs of gene recombination in nature. The results of RNA electrophoresis analysis of stool samples from adult patients with acute diarrhea showed that the infection of adult rotavirus (ADRV) in three districts of Zhongshan County, Jiangmen City, Xinhui County and Hunan Province in Guangdong Province may be caused by the same strain Caused, and the strain and Guangxi found that ADRV strains have a little difference. This indicates that there is also the problem of electrophoretic variability in ADRV. In this paper, we also propose the classification and naming of HRV electrophoresis, and discuss its feasibility in practical application.
