简要介绍上海大学“核电站关键材料的基础问题研究”课题组关于690合金晶界工程(grain boundaryengineering,GBE)的研究情况.借助上海大学分析测试中心的先进材料分析测试设备,开展了一些有特色的工作.从显微组织的表征与控制的角度,研究材料微观结构对宏观性能的影响.简要介绍690合金晶界元素偏聚、晶界碳化物析出、晶界网络分布控制以及对耐腐蚀性能影响等方面的研究结果.
This paper briefly introduces the research on the grain boundaryengineering (GBE) project of Shanghai University “Research on the Basic Problems of Critical Materials for Nuclear Power Station ”. With the advanced material analysis and testing equipment of Shanghai University Testing Center, Characteristics of the work from the microstructure characterization and control point of view of the material microstructure on the macro performance of a brief introduction of 690 alloy grain boundary segregation of grain boundary carbide precipitation grain boundary network distribution control and corrosion resistance Performance and other aspects of the research results.
