作为对传统数字应变仪的较大改进,本文提出虚稳桥源型数字应变仪,这种新模式的特点:1)消除了数字应变仪固有的非线性误差。2)使仪器结构大为简化、成本大幅度降低。3)显著降低了仪器的系统参量误差。4)实现用多圈电位器线性地调整灵敏系数,使其精确至四位有效数字,并且可从电位器度盘或显示器上直接读出灵敏系数。本文分别对传统模式、虚稳桥源模式的非线性误差及系统参量误差进行详细的分析。最后给出九种组桥方式和五种供桥方式所对应的四十五种组合的非线性定量分析。
As a great improvement on the traditional digital strain gauge, this paper presents a virtual strain bridge type digital strain gauge. The new mode has the following features: 1) It eliminates the inherent nonlinear error of the digital strain gauge. 2) to simplify the structure of the instrument, significantly reduce costs. 3) Significantly reduce the system parameter error of the instrument. 4) Realize the multi-turn potentiometer linearly adjust the sensitivity coefficient, make it accurate to four significant figures, and read the sensitivity coefficient directly from the potentiometer dial or display. In this paper, the traditional model, the nonlinear error of the system and the error of system parameters are analyzed in detail. Finally, the non-linear quantitative analysis of forty-five kinds of combinations corresponding to nine kinds of group bridge methods and five kinds of bridge supply methods is given.
