本文首创性地引入多维度语言因素,利用中国创新企业数据,从文化制度层面全面考察语言因素对全球知识搜索与企业创新绩效关系的调节作用。结果表明,在外部搜索过程中,企业需摒弃单一维度的共同语言搜索思路,采用多维共同语言视角,拓宽全球搜索范围,以实现创新绩效最优。
This paper introduces the multidimensional linguistic factors initiatively and makes use of the data of Chinese innovative enterprises to fully examine the regulatory role of linguistic factors on the relationship between global knowledge search and enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of cultural system. The results show that in the process of external search, enterprises need to abandon common language search ideas in a single dimension and adopt multi-dimensional common linguistic perspective to broaden the scope of global search so as to achieve the best innovation performance.
