研究了涂料固含量、涂层厚度和塑性颜料对涂布纸机械性能的影响。结果表明,随着涂料固含量和涂层厚度的增加,涂布纸的抗张强度、抗张能量吸收(TEA)、伸长率和抗张挺度都增加。当涂料固含量增加时,弯曲挺度稍有增加,但随着涂层厚度的增加,改变更加明显。在高岭土和研磨碳酸钙(GCC)的混合涂料中加入塑性颜料也会改善涂布纸的机械性能。抗张强度和抗张挺度随着较小粒径塑性颜料的加入而增加,但伸长率和TEA却相反。
The effects of coating solid content, coating thickness and plastic pigment on the mechanical properties of coated paper were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength, tensile energy absorption (TEA), elongation and tensile stiffness of the coated paper increased with the increase of coating solids content and coating thickness. When the solid content of the coating increased, the bending stiffness increased slightly, but with the increase of coating thickness, the change was more obvious. The addition of plastic pigments to mixed coatings of kaolin and ground calcium carbonate (GCC) also improves the mechanical properties of the coated paper. Tensile strength and tensile stiffness increase with the addition of smaller particle size plastic pigments, but the elongation and TEA are the opposite.
