利用专业化的建模软件搭建反映某石化企业全厂生产流程的线性规划模型,在模型中设定必要的约束条件,然后进行原油选购的测算分析,为该石化企业制定开工选油方案提供参考决策。研究基于线性规划的方法,使用线性规划软件搭建好模型,对3种不同的选油方案进行比较,分析装置负荷情况、装置进料物性情况、各方案的产品分布情况以及经济效益情况。经过比较,方案1的净利润值为502万元,比其他2个方案更好,企业可以按照此方案采购原油,制定开工方案。通过研究可得,与传统方法相比,线性规划的方法更加方便快捷,可以灵活的对各个不同方案进行对比分析,为开工方案的制定提供决策参考,并可以为企业带来最大化的经济效益。
