目的:研究三七药性菌质的乙酸乙酯层化学成分。方法:采用系统溶剂萃取、薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、半制备型HPLC色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过化学性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果:从三七药性菌质的乙酸乙酯层中分离得到6个化合物,分别为20(S)-人参皂苷Rh1(1),20(R)-人参皂苷Rh1(2),人参皂苷F1(3),24(S)-拟人参皂苷F11(4),22,23-二脱氢拟人参皂苷RT4(5),5α-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5,6β-三醇(6)。结论:化合物5为新化合物,命名为拟人参皂苷RT7,化合物4,6为首次从三七中分离得到,化合物1~6均为首次从三七药性菌质中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate layer of Panax notoginseng. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by systematic solvent extraction, TLC, silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by chemical and spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer of P. notoginseng, which were 20 (S) - ginsenoside Rh1 (1), 20 (R) - ginsenoside Rh1 (4), 22,23-didehydro-ginsenoside RT4 (5), 5α-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5,6β-tris Alcohol (6). CONCLUSION: Compound 5 is a new compound, named as ginsenoside RT7. Compound 4,6 was isolated from Panax notoginseng for the first time. Compounds 1 to 6 were isolated from Panax notoginseng for the first time.
