目的检测Cx32和HNF4α在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达变化。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测83例HCC、26例癌旁组织和5例正常肝组织中Cx32和HN F4α的表达情况。结果 Cx32及HN F4α在HCC、癌旁组织及正常肝组织中阳性率分别为27.71%、73.07%、80.00%;49.39%、76.92%、80.00%。正常肝组织与肝癌旁组织差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),正常肝组织及癌旁组织与HCC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cx32和HNF4α在HCC中的表达与病理分级相关(P均<0.05);Cx32及HNF4α表达均与预后差相关;Cx32与HNF4α在肝癌组织中的表达正相关。结论 Cx32与HNF4α可能参与了肝癌的发生、发展;Cx32与HNF4α表达密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression changes of Cx32 and HNF4α in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expression of Cx32 and HN F4α in 83 cases of HCC, 26 cases of paracancerous tissues and 5 cases of normal liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of Cx32 and HN F4α were 27.71%, 73.07%, 80.00%, 49.39%, 76.92% and 80.00% respectively in HCC, adjacent noncancerous tissues and normal liver tissues. There was no significant difference between normal liver tissue and adjacent liver tissue (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between HCC and normal liver tissue (P <0.05). The expression of Cx32 and HNF4α in HCC correlated with the pathological grade (all P <0.05). The expressions of Cx32 and HNF4α were correlated with the prognosis. The expression of Cx32 and HNF4α in HCC were positively correlated. Conclusion Cx32 and HNF4α may be involved in the occurrence and development of liver cancer. Cx32 and HNF4α expression are closely related.
