[目的]探讨涉外护理专业《医护英语》英文会话情景模拟实训课程的构建对教学效果的影响。[方法]随机选取2009级涉外护理专业学生60人为观察组,在常规理论教学基础上开展英文会话情景模拟实训;选取2007级、2008级涉外护理专业学生72人为对照组,应用常规教学法。采用问卷调查和考试两种方法对教学实效进行评价。[结果]调查问卷显示,观察组各条目得分明显高于对照组;观察组技能考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]《医护英语》英文会话情景模拟实训课程的构建能提高学生的英语实际运用能力、自主学习能力、团队合作能力。
[Objective] To explore the influence of the construction of “English for Healthcare” English conversation scene simulation training course on teaching effect in foreign nursing specialty. [Methods] Sixty-nine 2009 foreign nursing students were selected randomly as the observation group, and the English conversation scenario simulation training was conducted on the basis of the conventional theoretical teaching. Seventy-two foreign-nursing students in 2007 and 2008 were selected as the control group, and the conventional teaching method was used. Two methods of questionnaire and examination were used to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching. [Results] The questionnaire showed that the scores of each item in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The scores of the skill examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The construction of “English for Healthcare” English conversation scenario simulation training course can improve students’ practical ability of English, autonomous learning and teamwork.
