简要论述生物教学中培养学生自我效能感必要性的基础上,着重探析了现实中生物教师如何在具体教学中培养学生自我效能感的策略。旨在引发大家对此的进一步关注与思考,以期对学生的学习与成长有所裨益。
This paper briefly discusses the necessity of cultivating students ’self-efficacy in biology teaching, and focuses on the strategies of how to train students’ self-efficacy in concrete teaching. Aiming to arouse people’s further attention and thinking on this issue, with a view to learning and growth of students benefit.
