测定了32Mn-7Cr-0.6Mo-0.3N奥氏体钢钨极氩弧焊接头的低温拉伸性能。用金相、SEM、XRD等手段对接头的组织、断口形貌及变形区的相组成进行了观察和分析。结果表明:光滑试样焊接接头的77K抗拉强度为1150MPa。断口为韧窝为主的准解理断裂特征。断口变形区未发现形变诱发马氏体。
The low temperature tensile properties of 32Mn-7Cr-0.6Mo-0.3N austenitic steel TIG welding torch were measured. The microstructure, fracture morphology and the phase composition of the deformed zone were observed and analyzed by means of metallography, SEM and XRD. The results show that the 77K tensile strength of smooth specimen welded joint is 1150MPa. The fracture is dimple-based quasi-cleavage fracture. Fracture-induced deformation was not found martensite deformation.
