利用位阻胺原理,合成并评选出了一高选择性的脱硫剂,考察了不同使用方法的效果和其工业上的适用性。研究表明,开发的脱硫剂在H2S、CO2等酸性气共存情形下,对H2S具有高选择性、高负荷及工业上不同酸性气组成下的良好适应性。该脱硫剂合成条件温和,原料易得,它可以单独低浓度水溶液状态使用,也可取微量与工业上现行脱硫剂复配应用。
Using the hindered amine principle, a highly selective desulfurizer was synthesized and evaluated. The effects of different methods and their industrial applicability were investigated. The research shows that the developed desulfurizer has good adaptability to H2S with high selectivity, high load and industrial composition of acid gas under the coexistence of acid gas such as H2S and CO2. The desulfurization agent has the advantages of mild synthesis conditions, easy availability of raw materials, the use of low-concentration aqueous solution alone and the combination of trace amounts with industrial desulfurization agents currently in use.
