为充分发挥自行设计制作有机玻璃盒装置病理大体标本的优点,笔者利用有机玻璃可随意裁剪与造形的性质,按各种标本的大小及形状不同及将同一标本的不同部位或多个标本进行组合拼装在一起,自行设计制作了各种形状的有机玻璃标本盒(图1—6)。这些标本盒与标本的形状及大小比较适应;勿需另用支架等固定;小巧轻便,节省材料和药液,便于随身携带;显得样式新颖、造型美观、富有艺术性,使科学内容与艺术形式相结合;制作简单全系利用一般简单工具,手工制成的。下面简单介绍其制作方法及实践体会。
