本文应用分析了圆轴承非线性油膜力支承下转子系统动力学特性及稳定性,以及不平衡量及轴承参数对稳定性影响规律。结果显示,适当增大转子的不平衡量、减小轴承长径比、减小轴承间隙、降低润滑油粘度都可以提高转子-轴承系统稳定性。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics and stability of the rotor system under the nonlinear oil film force bearing of the circular bearing are analyzed, and the influence of the unbalance and bearing parameters on the stability is analyzed. The results show that the stability of the rotor-bearing system can be improved by properly increasing the rotor unbalance, reducing the bearing aspect ratio, reducing the bearing clearance and decreasing the viscosity of the lubricating oil.
