乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白的研制和初步应用

由普查发现的抗-HBs滴度1:64以上的献血员,经注射乙肝疫苗,很快产生免疫应答,抗-HBs滴度在9~11第天达最高峰。取滴度1:30,000以上之高效价血浆,经雷佛奴尔法低温无菌操作制得乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白(HBIG),效价为1:60,000。婴儿出生15分钟之内即肌注HBIG一支,于出生后的24个时,1个月及2个月时分别检测抗-HBs,表明婴儿体内抗-HBs水平可保持2个月以上,其滴度高低与婴儿体重、性别无关,与母亲是否携带HBsAg亦未见明显相关。 Blood donors with an anti-HBs titer of 1:64 or higher were found to have an immune response soon after injection of hepatitis B vaccine. The titer of anti-HBs peaked at 9 to 11 days. Hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HBIG) was obtained by low temperature aseptic manipulation with Levagnac method at a titer of 1: 30,000 with a titer of 1: 60,000. HBIG was intramuscularly injected within 15 minutes after birth, and anti-HBs were detected at 24 hours, 1 month and 2 months after birth, respectively, indicating that the level of anti-HBs in infants can be maintained for more than two months. The level of titers has nothing to do with the weight and sex of the infant, nor is there any significant correlation between the titers and the mother’s carrying HBsAg.
