采用低分辨率能量色散X射线荧光分析仪和偏最小二乘法对太平洋多金属结核中的Mn、Fe、Co、Ni和Cu等元素进行了现场分析,并对所用仪器的性能和方法的可靠性作了评价。方法经国家级标准物质验证,其测定值与标准值相符,RSD(n=42)各元素均小于1.0%,分析结果满足现场分析中矿物品位的测定要求。
The elements of Mn, Fe, Co, Ni and Cu in the polymetallic nodules of the Pacific Ocean were analyzed on-site by low-resolution energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer and partial least squares method. The performances of the instruments used and the reliability of the method Made a comment. The method was verified by national standard materials. The measured values are consistent with the standard values. The contents of all the elements in RSD (n = 42) are less than 1.0%. The analysis results meet the requirements of mineral content determination in the field analysis.
