针对增程式电动摩托车的核心部件ISG电机的特点、工作原理以及功能目的,从硬件和软件两方面设计了一种ISG电机控制器,以实现ISG电机起动发电、对起动电流和发电时对蓄电池组充电电流的实时监测和控制保护,以及对ISG电机的电动和发电功能的切换.该电机控制器对于延长电动摩托车续驶里程和蓄电池组寿命有着积极作用.
In view of the characteristics, working principle and function purpose of ISG motor, which is the core part of extended range electric motorcycle, an ISG motor controller is designed from the aspects of hardware and software to realize ISG motor start-up and power generation. When starting current and generating battery, Real-time monitoring and control protection of group charging current, and switching of electric and power generation functions of ISG motor.The motor controller plays a positive role in prolonging driving range and battery life of electric motorcycle.
