目的检测非孕妇女、正常妊娠孕妇及子痫前期患者外周血中白介素-12(IL-12)和白介素-18(IL-18)的水平,探讨Th1/Th2细胞因子在妊娠高血压疾病发病中的作用。方法孕20周后的子痫前期组34例(轻度子痫前期15例,重度子痫前期19例),正常妊娠组32例,非孕对照组16例。取外周血进行流式细胞仪检测,选取CD28表达量最高者的淋巴细胞作为试验对象。采用ELISA法测定IL-12、IL-18,流式细胞仪测定Th1/Th2细胞比。结果正常妊娠组、非孕组及子痫前期组IL-12比较均有显著性差异(P﹤0.001)。轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组与正常妊娠组IL-18比较均无显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。正常妊娠组与子痫前期组IL-18/IL-12比较有显著性差异(P﹤0.001)。IL-18/IL-12浓度比与Th1/Th2细胞比的相关性比较,呈显著负相关(P﹤0.01)。结论正常妊娠的IL-18/IL-12浓度比显著高于子痫前期患者,与Th1/Th2细胞比呈反向变化。
Objective To detect the levels of interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) in peripheral blood of non-pregnant women, normal pregnant women and patients with preeclampsia and to explore the role of Th1 / Th2 cytokines in the pathogenesis of pregnancy-induced hypertension Role. The level of IL-18 / IL-12 in normal pregnancy group was significantly different from that in preeclampsia group (P <0.001). The correlation between IL-18 / IL-12 concentration ratio and Th1 / Th2 cell ratio was negatively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion The concentration of IL-18 / IL-12 in normal pregnancy is significantly higher than that in patients with preeclampsia and inversely with the ratio of Th1 / Th2 cells.
