目的研究玉溪市2010-2012年乙型流感流行病毒株的抗原性和基因特点。方法通过MDCK细胞分离培养乙型流感病毒,血凝抑制试验检测其抗原性,RT-PCR克隆HA1基因,测序后通过软件MEG5.0进行基因进化研究,同时与WHO推荐的乙型流感病毒疫苗株进行比较。结果玉溪市乙型流感病毒的流行2010年以BV谱系为主,2011年BV和BY谱系同时流行,2012年以BY谱系为主。基因分析:BY系毒株与B/Wisconsin/01/2010的碱基同源性在99.5%~99.7%之间;BV系毒株与B/Brisbane/60/2008碱基同源性在98.7%~99.1%之间。与疫苗株比较,流行株发生了氨基酸替换。结论建议2012年玉溪市使用WHO推荐疫苗株B/Wisconsin/01/2010进行乙型流感病毒流行的防控和储备。
Objective To study the antigenicity and genetic characteristics of influenza B virus strains from 2010 to 2012 in Yuxi City. Methods The influenza virus was isolated and cultured by MDCK cells. The hemagglutination inhibition test was used to detect the antigenicity. The HA1 gene was cloned by RT-PCR. The gene was analyzed by software MEG5.0 after sequencing. At the same time, Compare. Results The epidemic of influenza B virus in Yuxi City was mainly BV lineage in 2010. In 2011, both BV and BY lines were popular at the same time. In 2012, BY lineage was the mainstay. Conclusions It is suggested that Yishui City should use the WHO recommended vaccine strain B / Wisconsin / 01/2010 in 2012 to prevent and control the spread of influenza B virus.
