针对政府和企业如何在电子商务环境下实现管理理论与方法的创新,介绍近年来国内外学者对电子商务管理研究的主要领域与热点问题,深入剖析这些研究存在的问题,指出国内外学者需要加大电子商务管理研究的深度与广度,从而尽快形成一套较为完整、系统化的电子商务管理理论体系,以指导政府和企业有效地开展电子商务活动。
Aiming at how the government and enterprises innovate the theory and method of management under the environment of e-commerce, the author introduces the main fields and hot issues of e-commerce management research by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, deeply analyzes the problems existing in these researches, points out that domestic and foreign scholars need to add E-commerce management research depth and breadth, so as soon as possible to form a more complete and systematic theory of e-commerce management system to guide the government and enterprises to effectively carry out e-commerce activities.
