我厂现有5台RJJ-105-9T井式气体渗碳炉,常因风扇轴失效而造成炉子停工检修。由于风扇轴长期在940℃高温下高速运转,轴的偏心、轴的高温部分承受弯矩和扭矩,使轴的高温部分产生蠕变,造成风扇轴的失效。所以,一般风扇轴只能连续使用四个月。经过认真观察发现,失效的风扇轴有2/3以上部位完好无损,并且这部分也是车削工作量较大部分。如果把整根风扇轴丢弃,重新加工新的风扇轴,不但材料消耗大,而且车削工作量也大。针这一情况,我们对失效的风扇轴采取如下修复措施:
